Products and Services Offered
Wildware Design produces handmade ceramic items for use in the domestic home or garden. Each item is hand made and as such is a unique piece of artwork in it's own right.

While each item is handcrafted to the highest standards, Wildware Design reserves the right to sell products which have minor inconsistencies in comparison to the same item in publicity photographs, including on this website. Any differences in surface, texture, shape or colour are entirely due to the artisan process.

Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed on the product pages and the checkout page. Wildware Design reserves the right to reduce or raise the price as they see fit in line with market circumstances and to do so across sales platforms. Wildware Design is not VAT registered and therefore there is no VAT charged or included in these prices.

Shipping costs are charged in line with Royal Mail or appropriate courier rates. Should payment not be recieved for whatever reason Wildware Design will hold the order for fourteen days or until payment is made whichever comes earlier.

Shipping
Wildware Design uses third party shipping services. Should any error be made by a third party shipping company we will do all we can, within the policy framework available to us, to resolve the issue. If the order arrives damaged, please report this immediately to the delivery driver where possible, otherwise take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and Wildware Design will replace your item.

Wildware Design strives to dispatch orders within 3 business days from the time of ordering, where this is not possible an email will be sent to alert the customer to the delay and to provide a new delivery date. When an item has been pre-ordered the item will be dispatched within 3 weeks from the time of ordering unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Returns
Customers have the right to cancel and return items within fourteen days of receiving their goods. Wildware Design will accept returns packaged securely in the same packaging and will refund on receipt of an undamaged item.

Refunds
If your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact us by email with the customer name, delivery address, proof of purchase and a photograph of the issue. Due to the fragile nature of ceramic material Wildware Design cannot refund or replace items which have been dropped, accidentally damaged or have minor impairments due to wear and tear. Where there is a fault we may ask you to return the item at our expense and a replacement item will be sent out to you. Wildware Design will no longer accept returns for faults after a period of 6 months from purchase.

Complaints
All complaints must be made by email to [email protected] and must include the customer name, delivery address and order number along with details of the complaint. Wildware Design commits to responding within 24 hours unless the shop is closed for holiday, in which case we will reply within 4 business days.

Environmental Ethics
Wildware Design strives to be conscious of the environmental impact of all their working practices, moving towards ever higher standards of environmental stewardship. All materials from clay to glaze are carefully considered and Wildware Design is actively changing their process to reduce environmental impact and become regenerative where possible.

Limitation of Liability

Wildware Design will only be liable for direct damages, which are those damages that could not be avoided without breaching the contract, and will not be liable for any indirect damages that may occur.

Intellectual Property Rights
Wildware Design owns the copyright to all product designs being sold under Wildware Design. Each design is unique to the company and should not be reproduced without the prior explicit permission of the company. All photography is the property of Wildware Design and may only be reproduced in full, with no alterations and with a clear written reference to the 'Wildware Design' brand name. Where possible a link to this website and/or social media accounts should also be displayed.

Future Changes
From time to time Wildware Design may update and alter the Terms and Conditions on this website. Notice of any changes will be given via a notice on the website.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of England, UK.
